Shipping and Return Policy

Payments:

TM Yachts Rigging & Consulting accepts Master Card, and Visa. We also accept wire transfers as well as checks, and PayPal. Orders paid by check may be held until the check has cleared. Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.

Order Placement:

Orders can be placed by phone, email or on our Online Website at: https://www.tmyrc.com/

Verbal orders for assemble of standing and running rigging assemblies are made at the risk of the customer. Written out orders by email are highly requested and preferred.

Shipping of Products:

Shipping charges are FOB Mooresville, NC (or origin) which are invoiced at the time of shipment. TM Yachts Rigging & Consulting ships via Federal Express or United Parcel Service. Expedited shipping is available per request and inquire at time of placement of the order. Drop shipments or Expedited rush orders will incur an additional handling charge. Shipping, insurance, and handling charges will be provided upon request. 

Invoice Discrepancies, Shortages or Damages:

Please inspect all your orders promptly and carefully at time of arrival. Report any detailed errors or shortage of product to TM Yachts Rigging & Consulting within 7 business days of receipt. Any Claims for damaged or lost shipments should be filed directly with the shipping carrier. TM Yachts Rigging & Consulting will be happy to assist with any of the tracking and insurance information. If there are any billing discrepancies this must be reported to TM Yachts Rigging & Consulting within a three-week time frame (15 business days or from the invoice date).

 

Returns and Refunds:

  • TM Yachts Rigging & Consulting is to be contacted for a Return Authorization Number (RA#)

  • The RA# is to be placed on the outside of the box when returning items to TMYRC. Any Delivery of a return that is not clearly marked with the RA# may be refused.

  • All returned items must be in its new, resalable condition, and all in its original packaging with all packaging materials including instruction booklets and warranty cards.

  • After TMYRC has had the product inspected, any item deemed not in sellable condition may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • All return authorizations must be requested within 15 business days of receipt of order. Any returns after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted.

  • All Custom rigging and cut-length materials are not returnable that were to be fabricated to your specifications. 

  • Special order items may not be returned or on a case-by-case review may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
